ALIFE’s Role and Response
As shared during the event by our Chairman Dato’ Alan Foo and Deputy Chairman Brian Johnson Lowe, this announcement represents more than a financial boost — it reflects a growing alignment between government and industry.
“We’re not just reacting — we’re shaping the future,” said Dato' Alan Foo. “And this grant gives our industry the momentum to do just that — with structure, vision, and urgency.”
What Happens Next?
ALIFE looks forward to collaborating with the Ministry of Communications and industry stakeholders to help ensure the RM10 million fund is disbursed transparently, equitably, and strategically — with impact for both local and international audiences.
This is a pivotal moment for the Malaysian live entertainment scene.
